For those who are interested in visiting Taj mahal here i am writing the timings of Taj Mahal. Working as a tour guide for almost 7 years in Taj Mahal brings a different experience everyday. Before Proceeding to taj mahal it is very important to know about the timings of Taj Mahal.

Opening Time of Taj mahal :- The opening of taj mahal depends on the sunrise 

in Agra all the monuments Opens at sunrise. A tourist can enter in Taj mahal half an before the Sunrise

The Ticket Window :- The ticket window opens at 1 hour before the sunrise

The closing Time of Taj Mahal :- This monument close at half hour before the sunset. The Entry gate of Taj mahal gets closed half hour before the sunset however a tourist who are inside the taj mahal can spent half an more, Later on they start evacuating people. This place is highly secure by CISF Soldiers. When they start evacuating people they stat whistling which is a clear indication by them that they are evacuating the people.

The Ticket window closing time :- They stop selling the ticket of taj mahal 45 minutes before the sunset 

How much Taj mahal ticket does cost :- The price of the taj mahal ticket are as follows

Foreigner ticket :- 1100 Rs

Saarc countries resident :-550 Rs

Indian Ticket :- 50 Rs

Student upto 15 years :- Free (but for foreigner child it is mandatory to carry passport, they checks the passport of children for confirming the Age)

What do you get with Taj Mahal ticket :-  When you purchase a foreigner ticket which is a high value ticket then you will get couple of things complimentary such as 1 Shoes Cover and 1 Water Bottle. You have to wear the shoe cover when you reach on the main platform of Taj mahal because its not allowed to walk with sleepers. If you don't want to wear shoes cover and if you are comfortable to walk with naked feet then you also can walk on the main tomb and plinth of Taj Mahal.
